Return & Refund Policy

Every piece from Makers Arcane is 3D printed and hand-finished in Arkansas — many made to order. Because of this, our return policy works a little differently than off-the-shelf retail.
Made-to-Order & Personalized Items
Items that are custom-painted, personalized (engraving, custom text), or made to order upon purchase are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or defective. This includes any product where you selected a “paint it for you?” or engraving option at checkout.
Standard (Non-Personalized) Items
For in-stock, non-personalized items, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. To start a return, email hello@makersarcane.com with your order number. We’ll provide instructions; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the piece and its packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you — this applies even to made-to-order and personalized pieces.
Digital Downloads
Digital products (such as the BeastFest Compatible Cookbook) are non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, processed via Stripe, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancellations
Because many pieces begin production shortly after ordering, cancellation requests can only be honored if the order has not yet entered production. Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
