Welcome to MakersArcane.com, operated by Makers Arcane LLC (“Makers Arcane,” “we,” “us,” “our”) of Arkansas. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products

We sell handcrafted, largely 3D-printed tabletop terrain, tokens, player boards, and personalized goods, along with occasional digital downloads. Product photos are representative — because many pieces are hand-painted or made to order, minor variation between the photo and the piece you receive (paint application, print texture) is normal and not a defect.

Compatibility Disclaimer

Products described as “compatible” with a tabletop game system (e.g., Daggerheart) are independently designed by Makers Arcane and are not officially licensed, sponsored, or endorsed by the publisher of that system. Any trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners.

Orders & Payment

All orders are processed through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the order total, including shipping and any applicable sales tax (calculated automatically via Stripe Tax). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues — if we cancel your order, you’ll be refunded in full.

Intellectual Property

All site content — including the Makers Arcane name, logo, wax-seal mark, product designs, photography, and written content — is the property of Makers Arcane LLC and may not be reproduced, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, or to submit false or fraudulent orders.

Limitation of Liability

Makers Arcane products are decorative tabletop accessories, not toys, and small or detailed pieces may not be suitable for young children. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Makers Arcane LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
